First single off of her new album...
I don't like it at first listen, but her shit has a tendency to grow on me.
Sorry if this has been posted before.

Thanks, this sounds pretty cool. I'm looking forward to her next album being built around drums rather than the weird beatboxing and vocal thing she did last time.

Love bjork. Can't wait for her new album. Hopefully she tours for this album again, so I can see her live again.

not feeling it to much.
I think timbo is too basic and pop oriented to be fuckin with Bjork.
It might grow on me though.

He did the basic track/rhythm, then Bjork and Konono#1 added on to it. He provided the basis for the song though.

I believe he & Bjork did the basic track/rhythm together.

They were in the studio together yeah. I assumed Timbo programmed stuff and she had input but maybe they both did.
Either way, she took the track and changed it afterwards.

I was her in Brooklyn a few years back. I just don't want to pay a ridiculous amount for a ticket. I will wait for the next tour and get tickets then. She puts on a great show.

Bjork is one of the most interviewed artists out there, and every album has at least 1 documentary DVD about it. Pretty much every album track she's ever done has been documented and explained either by her, or whoever she's collaborated with. Generally speaking, her fans know what they're talking about.

timbo did the basic beat of it
konono no 1 added those drums
bjork programs all her own shit. she took timbo's beat, the drums sampled from konono and then added her own production to it to turn it into a cohesive song. timbo kinda just left a beat over there without separating the parts, so she was forced to work around it.

^That makes sense to me. I assumed Konono did those drums and Timbo did the basic rhythm but I wasn't sure about the synths/rest of the song. They kind of remind me of homogenic so that sounds about right.
