This mix is probably the best in terms of selection and mixing. Unfortunately, it's still a little rough in terms of sound effect volume. And again, it's only one track long. I meant to smooth out the sound effects and separate the tracks, but my mixing program shit the bed and corrupted the file, so this is what we're left with. Still it's very good.

Mikey, I don't know if you're still doing the blog thing. But if you are, feel free to spread the joy around. And thanks for reminding me of the Lonely riddim, it's a great sound

and i know certain heads are gonna be like some of these selections are easy to get, nah a few of these albums and 7inch's i have in my collection, but i can't dub them from vinly to cd on my shitty hi-fi, only to tapes or my cd's are jumping diffrently and there not in the shops over here no more or i've got the cd album and its plays ok, but my cd/dvd drive on my laptop i'm using is fucked, so i can't copy the albums to laptop to burn certain tracks, tunes onto mix cd's, you see what i'm saying, i support the cause out here dawg, its nuthin, don't get it twisted

Wow. You are right, I totally missed that one. It is pretty fat. The original "Dangerous" by Conroy Smith is a wicked tune. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82QRprW ... re=related). Sounds like they just straight sampled his chorus for their entire chorus. He should get some credit (or $$$) somehow for this track.

there are some hip hop remixes on the reggae disc too though, so don't sleep. starts out with Elephant Man over the Roman's Revenge beat. Peanutbutter, check out the Shyne blend i did, as well as the 3 remixes after it (Sizzla, Elephant Man, Vybz)...u might like those if you like the 2nd disc.

u might also like the B-Real & Damian Marley 'Fire' blend, and the Biggie 'Dead Wrong' blend

Yeah I checked em both out again after I posted last night. Definitely feelin em. GOnna burn some for my homies who like reggae in small doses but mostly listen to rap. I find that's a good way to get them to appreciate ragga ragga. Regardless, I enjoyed both discs. Good job. You check out any of those culture mixes of mine I posted up above?
