I have a feeling from the scene rip below it (Hydrabeats_vol._03-godfather_don-199x-ktg), basta only has the partial rip of the E-Boogie like the rest of us.

Yeah, I identified the Dedicated track from the instrumental. The 18 To Party 12" doesn't include the actual track and I have no real info on this group either... but will keep looking along with Serch.
