Royal Flush - Ghetto Millionaire

Album is fresh as hell. I know classic gets thrown around a lot, even by me, but I think this album definitely defines that. There isn't a misstep on the joint.

Songs with Titles taken from Rap Lines are usually excellent.

I think we should start another thread on this. Someone really could make a sick tape out of this

Fun Fact, Royal Flush was 16 when he recorded this album, and 17 when it was released.

Aight I'll start a new thread.

Royal Flush was that young? He's one of those niggas that looked 36 all his life, then.

Did he really shoot his father?

lol yeah. He's only 28. I remember he was like 4-5 years younger than Mic Geronimo and Nas and them when he first came out on The Natural.

I don't know if he shot his father or not, but he was doing what he rapped about, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Joint is a certified hood classic. Anybody who tells you otherwise lacks credibility.

That nigga was 17 on the cover? wtf

but yeah, this album is classic... imo its even more classic now that I know a Junior made this, lol...

On that note, still can't believe that Rakim was the same age when he recorded Paid In Full. That just really dont say much for the other peoples around him at the time...

Dope album, one of the best to come out of Queens, I had no idea that Flush was so young when he released this.

Any stories why Buckwild used the same beat for "Burn me slow" (Still Diggin' Composition EP, 1998) and "I Been Gettin' So Much $" (Ghetto Millionaire, 1997) ?

"What I Represent" was on the A.I.D.S. soundtrack. He used the same beat for burn me slow, but I think that's why it was just a bonus track on Jewelz
