Yes, mega thanks. I reckon vol 6 is the best one so far.

I've got some other thunderstrom recordings that I've found on the net that I can up if wanted!?

Judging from the >50% decrease in file size from the other 45 min sets...these were definitely converted. Here ya go anyway:

The person used iTunes to convert the m4a files to mp3 (states that as the encoder). By default iTunes is set to convert at 128. If you convert anything it's always going state 128 as the final bitrate, even if it was initially lower than 128... That's how folks used to cheat with their uploads at oink and shit - they'd set it to 192.

I've never heard this remix before... Maybe it's exclusive?

It's from a sampler titled... RAL (Rush Associated Labels) SPRING '94 SAMPLER.

I assume it's the Original Version being that months later is when Jayo's debut album came out.

The sampler (on cassette and vinyl) includes about 10 songs (5 on each side I think) from various artists... Erick Sermon, Domino, Slick Rick, South Central Cartel, Onyx, Mel-Low, Terminator X, etc.

I will upload the song soon...

Wait, are you talking about the version that DJ Premier spun? Or the version on the album (aka LP Version)??? Cuz on the promo 12" from 1994, it's the version on the album (LP Version). I guess there could be another promo 12" from late '93 or early '94 with the version that Primo spun... ?

Here's the 12" with the version on the album...

so they're all lost? too bad would be nice to hear another show cause tbh to hear that flow on remix on almost every cd gets a little bit annoying :D
