Theres also a mix that i heard Flex play on the radio that has a bunch of old tv show theme songs like the Addams family and Guilligans Island with the drums from Slick Rick's Mona Lisa. Does anyone have that, or know who its from? its a bad ass party break, its i think from 96 or 97.

This shit has some joints from 1997-98- many were released before or elsewhere, some on AV8, some overseas. The vinyl version has more joints I think. This is the Ruff House/Columbia version. Disregard some of the artists- they're not on it, voices or lyrics were sampled. Hot Butter, Word Up Doc, and Push Em Up are some heaters. Shits would definitely get love at a party.

the I'm Leaving On A Jet Plane is actually Funkmaster Flex "Dope On Plastic", which was released on the Massive B label. Bongoloid said he was going to upload it soon....

Allright, this is a stupid question, I know, but I can't think of the origin or name of a break that has been used on countless hip hop records. It's the beat on Dr. Octagon's "Wild and Crazy"...For My life I can't remember the name...shit can't name any more songs that have this beat on it. It's been driving me crazy I figure someone up in this piece would know it. Someone should Nail it right off.

As a reward, if you like reggae or want to get into it go to the "reggae uploads" thread in Rick Rubin and pick up some albums. Everything ive listed with a link is classic 100%. Drizzle and Roy Johnson been killin shit over there also. Check it out anyway even if you don't know the break...It's starting to pick up more steam with the approach of summer.

Someone help me with this and let me finally sleep. Thanks. ONE.
