almost all the members of 2pac's group Outlawz were kids (16-17). also, don't forget Hot Boyz. and the B.G.'z (Baby Gangstaz), which was a group consisting of B.G. and Lil' Wayne - 13years old.

and then we have Lil' Souljas (No Limit Records), who did an album.. Baby D is worth mentioning too.. he did an album when he was like 10 years old, with features from Snoop Dogg, Too Short etc..
..and we got Mr. Malik a.k.a. Hershey Loc (of Illegal), who released a few singles, befoore teaming up with The Dogg Pound and Snoop Dogg..
