i got AG's "the dirty version", Cormega's "the true meaning" and Guru's "baldhead slick and da click" on tape, all sealed. I think I'll keep them though, because I don't think I'll get any good money off them.

All right, i need some help here.
There's a good chance I send Razah Cuts that AG tape. I went to the post office and a customer told me that I must tell them that the item I send is a music cassette, because the magnetic surface could be destroyed when passing through customs.
Anybody have an idea on this situation? Have you ever sent or received tapes? Do I have to do anything like that?

I don't know what dukes is talking about here and I've received individual cassette tapes and even boxes full of them, as well as shipped some myself overseas. None were damaged and they all play fine. Just state on the customs form that it's a tape. No special procedure is done for them.

I'm not sure. I definitely don't think it's a BIG money record but it could be worth something. The link I put up is to the og LP(not the promo,I don't think). This was also repressed in 1994 and then in 2006.

Thanks Verge. That is indeed the version I have. Kind of surprised to see it's only going for 20 bucks. Still, I copped it for I think 2$ in a flea market like 10 years ago.
No doubt. Yeah, it's strange how the vinyl pricing game goes. Maybe 5 to 10 years ago, that might've been a $100 record because the more known acts were the records wanted most among collectors. But as we all know, now it's the 'random' unknown joints that get the dough. Except in certain cases. But trends change, so it could be worth more in the future. I'd hold on to it.
