thee ungodly hour will not be getting a release as the licensing rights were to expensive to purchase from elektra.
lord may be able to release a few tracks here and there seperately like he did with 'these men dont cry' from the runaway slave album.

so why the fuck don't they just give it away, or let the artist release it and split the money?

2nded, This is what the people want. No disrespect at all but the production on Lord's new material is seriously lacking and just isn't as compelling as his earlier work.

despite rah digga saying thee ungodly hour was 100% finished, this was not correct. samples were not cleared fully and on a track that lord had recorded with the whole squad,only babysham and roc marc had recorded their verse so that track was unfinished.
Lord was going to purchase the recording rights from elektra when the come on down ep was being released but they are too expensive.

i dont know off hand but can find out. the video for say what say what cost 250k and i know the licensing rights were more than that video.
