this is a sick mixtape that came out last year, from a label called ruthless records out here in london, its got artist from mostly london thats big on the roads and other parts of england, the mixtapes peng, especially if you like gutta bars, wordplay over gutta instrumentals

if your into street music you'll love this, this mixtape gets rinsed, put this latvian brother up on some authentic london shit you know, you get what i'm saying, yes surr, ha ha, you get me

I lost 3 crates of UK Hip Hop in a housefire back in 1997. Good to see some of the stuff on here but I know I'm never gonna be able to replace so much of it!

I've managed to replace a lot of the good stuff albeit in digital formats although I am still looking for a few much rarer gems. Hearts Of Darkness 12" on Ruf Beats label being amongst my most sought after but I've never seen that online :(

One of my summer jobs back in 1995 was working for Ruf Beats putting the stickers on all the 12"s so this is bringing back mad memories for me!

The only thing I have at the moment is the Jeep Beat Collective 'Technics Chainsaw Massacre' collection of 12"s and remixes etc.

I've seen some Mindbomb stuff online in the past as well as Ruf Diamonds collections etc. Was there anything specific you were after?

I lost all my Ruf Beats stuff with the rest of my stuff but I still have a few cd's in storage somewhere of the albums on the label etc.

I've got a lot of UK stuff on this laptop I'm on right now but as I got most of it online (owned the original 12"s back in the day etc) I'm just assuming you got it already or could get it you wanted.

In the past yeah, not found everything I used to own but managed to replace the more classic stuff, Killa Instinct, Gunshot, London Posse, Hijack etc.

It isn't often I feel I can help on this forum, but I have a pretty large UK collection. Most of it Vinyl & fairly old. There are some good bits already in the thread. I ain't very quick filling requests as I have to set up the deck etc. But let me know what bits you are looking for & I will have a look.
cleanprophet I probably have some of the Ruf Beats stuff you have lost, I used to buy the releases mail order from Dave as I am London based.
