Does anyone have Erick-Sermon "Stay-Real"?

I'm looking to get the song "Rock Da House" which was on there. I can't find the song anywhere (except for in mixtapes). There was one link for the 12" on Google but was a dead link :/

I heard this song was unreleased from No Pressure and have seen it spelled as "Rock The House" - not sure it's that's a different version or not

aside from what i posted in the weekly request thread, yes. I desperately want a good version of Skeme Team- Plan B: The Hijackers. It's got a track by Jean Grae/Gray (however it would be spelled depending on what year it is) called Keep Livin(Not the version with the MOP beat). I've got two different copies of this album and the quality is pretty f'ing terrible on both of them.

second this My version is off the free tape UGHH gave out back in '99. The sound is HORRIBLE. The original "Keep Living" is way better than the updated version.

and
MHz - World Premiere (demo version with DJ Prime)

I'm having a lot of trouble trying to get them online, can't seem to find the Mhz anywhere except one link from a torrent that won't download no matter how many times I tried to get it.

I can only find the Arsonists mixed into mix tapes and such and am hoping to get the complete song, not cut off at all.

Also, does anyone know if there are "original" or demo versions of Juggaknots "LuvaMaxin" (ft. Tony Bones) and "Sex Type Thang"? My friend strongly insists that there are versions of these songs that were different or longer than the ones on the albums, maybe from a 12" or something. Is this so?
