Help me find some samples to cut up for a scratched hook

I'm doing a scratched hook for some guy's track and I'm in need of some ideas for samples. What I need are samples that say the following, preferably from old school hip-hop tracks: -

"on the cut"
"on the beat"
"and on the microphone I'm the one that's known as"

The last one doesn't have to be exactly that as long as it says a similar sort of thing and I can put the MC's name at the end of it.

Nice one gents. I have all of the tracks you posted, but since I turned 40 I've had a brain like a sieve and can't remember shit. I need to swap brains with Format.

It's the "and on the microphone...." one I'm really stuck with. There's a track that has the lyric "and on the microphone I'm better known as...." and I can hear it in my head but I just can't think WTF it is. I need a sample where I can slap the MC's name on the end to make a sentence.

Could you use the name at the start and then Rakim's 'speak in a hyper tone, when I'm on the microphone' from Mic Fiend? I may have the words mixed up. There's so much stuff that doesn't come to mind straight away when someone asks a question like this, what about Finesse on DITC's Dignified Soldiers remix, 'I'll be damned if half you cats can rock the same mic'? Isn't there an O.C. track where he says'competition gets blown / when I'm on the microphone', it may be You and Yours off Jewelz. Oh yeah, 'Eric B is on the cut and my name is Rakim', -Rakim.

I knew that sounded to me like a live old school-ism, something that Kool Moe Dee usually said. There's something pretty goddam close here at the :14 mark:

but I could swear he said something closer to what you want, somewhere else. You might try searching for other old school vets too, like, idk- Doug E Fresh, etc. Good luck finding anything like this on vinyl tho

Thanks a lot for the suggestions!

I just need one more sample now. It has to say something like "we're gonna tear shit up" or "we're gonna rip shit up".

Basically, it has to start with "we're" rather than "I'm" and it has to end with a word that comes reasonably close to rhyming with "cut".
