does anyone know the lyrics to the chorus of EPMD-Crossover?

Reminisce about the golden era of hip-hop.

Post by djfilthyrich »

does anyone know what the words are in the chorus of EPMD's "Crossover"?
(not the adlibs from epmd...i'm lookin for the the lyrics that Roger is singing).

i know the hook is sampled from Roger Troutman "You Should Be Mine", but i can't even find the lyrics for that song either.
i tried doing a web search, but couldn't find any info...

haha i think i have too. the only reason i noticed now is cuz i'm working on some blends for a mixtape, and i wanted to try and match the theme of the acapella i choose to the theme of the Crossover chorus.

but seeing as how the chorus came from a song called "You Should Be Mine", i'm guessing the words he's saying had nothing to do with the theme of 'Crossover' in the first place.

maybe Crossover is the next Electric Relaxation lol
