no prob. I dont have much that hasnt been online already but i got a lot of stuff to help people upgrade on since the mega shutdown. Just takes time since my rip system is not integrated into my pc.

much appreciated. i been downloading a lot of older music videos lately and realized that i probably should have grabbed them when mu was around because it's really hard to find them on a good filehost or at all. how are you ripping stuff?

no doubt.
vinyl to mixer to cd burner. then cd to pc to audacity to mp3tag to filehost to here. if there's no decent label pic online then i use my phone then email it to myself then adjust it in windows gallery then up it to flickr. hah, its a time consuming process but still easier than ripping tapes i suppose. plus i've dl'ed so much stuff i have to at least give what i can.

sounds like you got an extra step on there with the cd. why not connect the mixer directly to your pc via your soundcard? that's what i'm doing right now. when i rip tapes, same set up. tape deck to mixer, mixer to pc. this also ensures that there's no clipping or anything else weird going during the recording process because you'll be able to see it graphically in audacity or whatever program of your choice.
