i believe jdownloader will work with 4shared, but you have to sign up for an account. then enter your account info in jdownloader just like you would with a premium account. otherwise it'll probably give you some weird 'you must have a premium account' msg error when trying to DL from 4shared. luckily, 4shared is hardly used.
