Wow, I scored 15/15... GURU!!

But to be honest, there were three questions in which I didn't know the answer and took a guess which happened to be right...

#1, I guessed Big Mike lived with Snoop, but I really had no clue.
#9, I guessed that Raekwon "Kiss The Ring" was not produced by The Alchemist, but I wasn't sure because I didn't know that Ghostface "The Forest" was produced by The Alchemist.
#11, I guessed that Xzibit made his debut on Tha Alkaholiks joint, but I knew it was either Tha Alkaholiks or King Tee joint.

I'm not sure about #11, King Tee's "IV Life" dropped in 94, not 95.

taken from the thread in M2C
You know, being completely honest here, I know theres technicality which song was heard first vs. what album released first. The IV Life was finished first, promoted first. MCA even dropped it twice. Per Wiki, it was released March 28, 1995 and Coast II Coast dropped February 14, 1995. Also per Wiki, under Xzibit's page

Quote:
1994–1999: Career beginnings, At the Speed of Life and 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz

Xzibit started to rap at the age of 14, shortly after his relocation from Albuquerque to Los Angeles, then under the pseudonym "Exhibit A".[2] He marked his first appearance on a professional record in February 1995 on The Alkaholiks' Coast II Coast, on the song "Hit and Run" and also appeared on King Tee’s IV Life shortly after, on the track "Free Style Ghetto".

Per the King Tee page, the 3 singles off the album released
Quote:
"Dippin'"
Released: June 28, 1994
B-side: "Duck"

"Way Out There"
Released: February 21, 1995
B-side: "Super Nigga"

"Free Style Ghetto"
Released: June 20, 1995
B-side: "Super Nigga", "Let's Get It On

Dippin' was definitely heard before anything off the Liks album tho.

That's weird, because I'm pretty sure I bought "IV Life" in '94. Anyone else can confirm or deny the release date?

You did. I did too or at least I thought I did until every website told me differently before I made this quiz.

Damn, that's crazy. I tried remembering which other record(s) I could have bought around the same time, but nothing popped up. If MCA really shelved the album for close to 9 months, shame on them.

Your Score: 10 / 15
Your Ranking: Jeru The Damaja

Made a mistake on Xzibit question (I thought he first appeared on King Tee's album, and now I see that I wasn't the only one, lol) & Raekwon question (I could've sworn it was Knuckleheadz, smh).
