I agree. This thread sucks. How in the fuck does Busta Rhymes have the best verse on Low End Theory?

I had really hoped people would stop acting like Q-Tip and Phife Dawg were good lyricist. They were competent MCs and made great music.

Q-Tip and Phife drop dope verses left and right on LET but tell me which one tops Busta's. It's an all-time classic top five verse.

no

blueprint has takeover and heart of the city

i dont care for common, so this might be biased, but i thought beans even had a better verse on TFA than him

I thought 8ball killed his guest spot on "where ya from", plus you have 2 of the best mobb songs ever with quiet storm and where ya heart at

raekwon didnt even have the best verse on the song, let alone the album. you may be able to make a case for noreaga on "misery loves company" though, but big pun constantly murders his guest spots

Yes.

Oh, and Busta's verse on "Scenario" is not only inferior to Phife's verses on "Buggin' Out" , Tip's verses on "Verses From the Abstract," their back and forth rapport on "Check The Rhime," Q-Tip's shout outs on "Vibes and Stuff," the hook to "Butter," the ad-libs on "Everything is Fair," and the vinyl crackle just before "Excursions" kicks in, it is also the corniest, wackest, gayest verse ever to be given undue props and severely overrated on or off a message board. "RAAAH RAHH JUST LIKE A DUNGEON DRAGON!" Are you fucking kidding me? If that was uttered by any emcee one shade paler than Biggie you'd be referring to this verse as the wackest of all time just below the "Game of Horshoes!" ad-lib on "Tennessee." Stop jocking this wack as fuck verse already, Busta fell off years ago and you don't get cool points for sweating him anymore.
