i had it on CD and used to bump it all the time....then a friend lost it.
i recently just found another copy at a used cd store. shit's a classic. i wish Red Alert put out a 2nd volume.

Markshot....i know somebody who has that Pose Off record with the hip hop remix, but they're charging $20, which is more than i wanna pay for it. dope joint though

Julius, try looking up anything from Straight Up Sound. they've got a bunch of mixtapes with reggae artists like Wasp, Bramma, etc over crunk beats. i'm pretty sure that's exactly what you're looking for. i don't have it, but my cousin in Maryland played it for me when i was down there.

Soul Controllers are dope, but they don't really make whole mixtapes of reggae over crunk beats. they're mostly reggae-hip hop. it's too bad that they don't put out as many mixtapes as they used to

no problem Bongo. i didn't even know about it until you posted the snippet, so i guess we both helped each other out haha.
after i heard the snippet, i went on a mad search for it.....luckily a friend of mine was into house music as well as reggae, which is why he knew this tune right away (it was on the b-side of a house tune by Reel 2 Real ft The Mad Stuntman 'Go On Move').

Thanks Jaz, I have most of them already but they maybe in better quality.

Over the years I've heard some nice ragga remixes but most of the people I've known to have them don't even know the track titles or artist. It's weird.

I have a few Cutty Ranks remixes, they aren't all hiphop beats but I definitely prefer them to the original mixes. I'll try and find them later and up them here.

Love that Mega Banton tune. Apparently Salaam Remi did that beat before Beatminerz used the same Barry White sample on the 'I Got Cha Opin' remix.

Possibly the only instance of the reggae track not jacking the Hip Hop beat.
