...and a big thanks to everyone else thats helped me with some id's, i think there is still some unidentified tracks that we still need to figure out though.

Theres another track that uses the same sample from that ras-T intro (not the actual beat), Can't remember who it was.. Its an ill sample tho

Damn you, I can't remember it either - I want to say it was from the early 2000's, by a known MC from the 90's. Pretty sure it's not OC though. This will drive me crazy.

Heh, yeah, shits got me goin man. For a minute I thought maybe it was that dj Eli and rapper Ness song from early 2000s but no it's completely not it, but also a banger. But I think you're right as far as early 2000s and possibly a 90s rapper or producer.
