I think it's supposed to be on Tef's album "Contraband" which was supposed to come out in 2009, then 2010, then 2011... haven't heard anything since 2011 or so. But yeah, it doesn't seem like it ever leaked. Even the DJ Premier Blog don't have a CDQ version. *shrugs*
