Ditto

Pretty much stopped following Acey after the 90s, so it's the first time I'm hearing most of these, great shit. Aside from the Feet Up On The Table, Headaches & Woes, Greatest Show On Earth, anyone have the rest of the titles?

Pretty much the same as the old "customized unreleased" CD, right? Always gets labeled "universal soldier" as well? I could never get the titles right, something like this...

1 - feet up on the table
2 - headaches and woes rmx
3 - for now (good life anthem) (who are the guests?)
4 - hip hop fans
5 - I had a dream
6 - nobodies
7 - greatest show on earth (bar 9 rmx)
8 - tweekendz

Most of these wound up on all balls don't bounce revisited. Interesting that there's a different previously unheard remix of headaches and woes on that CD; this one is from the Mic Check 12" and is my favorite.

I don't have that unreleased CD on the HD...better rip it now.

Yeah the CD is exactly the same with the old "Universal Soldier" intro tacked on at track 1. So here's the same thing from an og CDR.

http://www.sendspace.com/file/o5jqwd

I also got jerked on a purchase of this amazing looking tape:
Aceyalone "A-sides and Bonuses": 1. Money Means Friends 2. I had a dream last night 3. Guidelines 4. Acey freestyle Pt.1 5. Double A Battery 6. Acey De Uno (The Anthem) 7. The MC Aces (feat. Mikah Nine) 8. Deep & Wide (original) 9. Acey with VIC HOP (interlude) 10. Know your BOUNDARIES (interpretation by Minister 2Bad) 11. It goes down (featuring CVE, Ellay Khule, T Spoon, and Vonte) 12. Ummmm (feat. Freestyle Fellowship) 13. Cornbread (J Sumbi Mix) 14. 120 Seconds (Nonce remix) 15. Acey fresstyle Pt. 2./ 16. Feet Upon the Table/ 17. Bus Stops alternate version (The Nonce featuring Aceyalone)/ 18. Mr. Big Red/ 19. Jock Custo (featuring Self-Jupiter)/ 20. Heavyweights (the prequel, 1990) featuring Mikah Nine, Ganjah K, Volume 10, Minister 2Bad, T Spoon Iodine, Medusa, T-Love, Riddlore, Ellay Khule, and JFX)

Needless to say, none of the interesting sounding tracks are there - the only thing I'd never heard before was a freestyle over Come Clean. The songs on this tracklist likely don't exist (they also tried to sell me CVE and Hip Hop Kclan tapes with titles whose nonexistence was confirmed to me by NgaFsh and Ellay Khule respectively...thank goodness for paypal buyer protection)

Props Verge..thank you. Definitely is Schizm comparing the voice. The track is very much 'Akira' themed..could be the title as well.

Any luck digging up Yah Supreme 'Winter In Brooklyn'? Need that shit.

Some Chicago joints:

Definite Vacation 4 Suckas (Verbally Diseased): These were some ill cats. They would come down to my show semi-regularly. Rabeez was in a wheel chair, I only tell you that because it makes the song title, "Legless Be The Legacy" make sense. This is a tape they put out in '96, there is also a 12" but that doesn't thave the Sire Sensai solo, "One Shot, Two Shot". They had one other release that I know about that has the ill cut "Perfection".

Dope, never heard that og loop before. I'm not sure if the demo version was on anything, i just remember Bob playing it in like 2001. And i think a guy who used to post here named kotep posted it in a self made compilation type thing.

I originally heard it on CM Famalam and added it to a pause mix compilation I made years ago. Then I downloaded from your compilation here:

I have since lost any of my copies :fail:

When i first heard this one i thought it wasn't the same demo version because the drums sound a bit snappy but i can't say for sure. But it's definitely the same dope samples, enjoy Hectic!
