Thanks for vol. 2 jamrage, never heard it (never looked). Rascalz are probably my favorite Canadian group, not that have a great amount of lyrical depth, but some pretty damn funky production.

I'm still looking for "Livin It Up" by Ghetto Concept to complete a 90's non-album compilation I'm working on.

Anyone got it?

So here's the Ghetto Concept 1990's Non-Album compilation I've compiled.

Big shouts to Lyrical Gymnastics and aREAL for coming through with the last two tracks.

According to discogs.com this is everything Ghetto Concept put out in the 1990's that wasn't on their self titled album. I can upload their album if it wasn't uploaded already.

If I'm missing something let me know...

Tracklist:

1)Certified
2)E-Z On the Motion
3)Much Love
4)Mista Crack Ed
5)Dungeon
6)U.L.
7)Hard Copy
8)Certified (remix)
9)Much Love (remix)
10)Deifitrec
11)Blood Sweat and Glory
12)Livin It Up
All tracks are at least 160 kbps, and I've tagged them all as well.

Hey Jamrage, thanks very much for upping that Rap Essentials Vol. 2 compilation, had been looking for that one for a minute.

Does anyone have that Canadian compilation called 'Mad Fiber'? I got this 12" from it when it came out but never saw the album...

my tape is lost.....it was the first time Atom by Main Source was on anything other than the OG wax....and theres lots of other dope early 90s hip hop on too...

like Base Poet, KGB, etc all the dudes from way back in the day....Powermove radio show days in Toronto.....

almost everyone who was seriously rappin and making dope tracks in Toronto back then

not like now where theres 8 million rappers and 9 million wack songs

Sorry to bump this, but I'm just surprised that no one mentioned Isosceles. I think it's a group of two MCs and one producer.

http://beatboxradioshow.blogspot.com/20 ... music.html (not my blog)

This was one of my favorite albums when I first heard it (probably around 10 years ago now) and I had always wanted more from them.

If anyone has anything more by these guys, I'd definitely want to hear it.

I have the Cold Front compilation on vinyl, though from memory it doesn't have all the tracks that are on the CD version. If no-one else ups it, I'll dub the record sometime and upload it for you.
