I swear I saw this one on the "Blunt Recordings" label but I must be wrong cause i can't find it anymore. The hook was something like "Hangin out with my niggaz, my niggaz(redman sample) word is born daddy, its all in the mind.."

Any help appreciated.

^Nah, I don't know that one but I like it.

Beat sounded like Slum village but it's obviously not. Shit sounds familiar but I can't place it at all.

Around 2:57 a guy starts with introducing his fellow mc and himself and the group probably, so you can try to google all of three possibilites.

Actually, the tag is incorrect. That k the i??? song is under 3 minutes long and sounds completely different. Anyone have a clue of the song title or rappers featured?

I know this beat, I really should remember the original track, but I just can't right now. I've heard the beat many times in the past, once it was a Biggie track I think, but can someone tell me the beat Tragedy and Imam are rhyming over at 3.30 into the session?

Also, does anyone have the instrumental?

Thanks in advance to whoever helps me out here.
Kool Keith: I wore a straw hat with a feather to the last Source Awards. When I got to Madison Square Garden everybody was looking at me. When I got back home I seen everybody and their mother in their video wearing a fuckinג€™ straw hat with a feather in it.

Tim Dog: ג€œWhat Kool Keith gonna wear? Iג€™m gonna do that shit in my video. Iג€™m gonna wear that shit really quick. Whatג€™s Tim Dog gonna wear?ג€

They're rapping over "it's all about the benjamins" but arond the 3:30 marks, it's Jackson 5-It's Great to be here. according the-breaks.com, these are other artists that sampled the song.
Maybe Tomorrow: (Motown 1971)
* "It's Great to Be Here"
2 Live Crew - "Megamixx II"
Eric B and Rakim - "Eric B is on the Cut"
Mariah Carey - "Honey"
Original Concept - "Can U Feel It?"
Original Concept - "Running Yo Mouth"
Puff Daddy - "All about the Benjamins"

Many thanks, I knew the Benjamins beat but was after the other one. Will hunt it down now, I love that beat.

I didn't remember the Benjamins beat changes near the end, because I don't really listen to Biggie much at all, and any tracks with Puffy talking or anything else on them I'm kind of allergic to.

i generally tend to agree, BUT i will say that the puff dady and the fam no way out album does have some good songs on it. and all about the benjamins was not bad at all. i mean, it does use two classic breaks and has biggie. the beat changes for biggies verse. i believe he was dead by the time this version of the song came out so maybe his verse was taylored in using the different beat. either way, as much as i hate puffy, this song was at worse average to semi good to me.

Oh yeah, I'm not even saying all the material is bad, it's just a personal dislike I have. Thanks again for the ID.

I should have clarified, Biggie had some dope stuff but the majority of his material I just don't like that much. Personal thing again.

I think you got it Jaz:
<object width="420" height="345"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/F_HiVCWTghQ?ve ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/F_HiVCWTghQ?version=3&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="345" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
certainly sounds like it to me.

Here's the main sample:
<object width="420" height="345"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6Ozv23srXdk?ve ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6Ozv23srXdk?version=3&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="345" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
I flipped the same joint a little differently, I'll have to see if I have it on mp3...
EDIT: there it is:
