Re: Track IDs
my first thought was Smooth The Hustler and/or Trigga The Gambler, Hitman For Hire. But i guess that would be way too easy.

Re: Track IDs
Hmmm don't think it's Da Henchmen and it's definitely not Trigga.
I'll try and think of more lines.

In fact one of the lines is like "and i'm a hitman for hire/...(?)... i'll set that ass on fire!". The track featured a really lively, galloping bass and was probably a product of the early 90s.
FUCK i used to know more lines. I guess this is a real shot in the dark. Anybody?

I know this well but I am drawing a complete blank...track that samples (I think) Del and goes "How did this bullshit happen"...I remember that were some slow drums behind the vocal sample too.

defari-focused daily is a really good album. it's one of those west coast albums with an east coast feel.

Re: Track IDs
My brain is mush, I got one that should be easy and I'm kicking myself for not being able to remember.
What's the “...more mysterious than who Magic caught the AIDS from...” line from?

Re: Track IDs

It's Freshco from a freestyle he and Biggie did for DJ Enuff back in '94-'95.
It was on this

Re: Track IDs
does anybody know the name of the song that originally had this lyric? i've listened to a couple of songs on youtube, and it's not the Beastie Boys track. it's also not Fat Boys "Stick Em" (unless i missed that part in the song....i listened to it a couple of times, and was sure this would be where it was from). definitely an old school hip hop track
the lyric is:
"brrrrr stick em/ha ha ha stick em"

Please help identify song!!!!
Need help identifying a song that samples LV Johnson's "I Don't Really Care"...
it's not Airworks or the Strong Arm cut but it samples that little loop at the beginning of Airworks...
Anybody know any other cuts that sampled this? I look everywhere online and only find the two.

Re: Track IDs
anybody knows the sample used for "da enfatry - lyrical logic" ? I guess it should be a colombian joint, seeing that it was used in a documentary about a colombian embalmer called "orozco the embalmer" (pretty gruesome shit haha)
here you can hear the sample http://youtu.be/-eABS_fR1y4 (NSFW tho)
