Verge wrote:oh sorry, missed zged's post. don't know that one at all. I hear some kind of accent in there though, not NY or NJ, unless real south Jersey or upstate NY or PA. The System's Like A Circle?
I had no idea accents can be distinctive for different areas of the same city. The plot thickens...
The track in question sounds to me like it's taken from a tape and if that's the case then it's probably a demo tape which unfortunately makes it very unlikely for us to guess what it is.

edit: i think i get it now, you've must be referring to areas of specific cultural identities

Anyone know this? I'm asking for someone else. All he has are these lyrics: -
I'm better known as the body rocker
I got more Mrs. than Betty Crocker
I'm a Cheery ole man
I'm living and I'm livin in your dreams
I got more spice than Chef Boy Ar Dee

Now Meet me at your disco
and I'll fry your bod like Crisco
I'm Mr. DJ and I'll jam you life like TDK

If I were you I'd forget the rest
when it comes to love I am the best
I'll do anything that you suggest
but only at your request...
Apparently it's an 80s song and it might be called "Rock The House".

EDIT - Never mind, I found it: -

thats gotta be the most requested track id ever. It's a demo from a
Stretch n Bobbito tape, some think the artist name is Berry White, nobody's sure. That joint is great though.

Anyone know who runs that stationbackpackers.blogspot.com? and if they're on this site.

He has some good tracks on that turntable down the bottom and I'm interested in finding out track ID's of songs 1 & 3.
