i got mixtape on 1 track from youtube so i dont have track names

the song im trying to id the guy is rapping with some weird voice/accent

heres some of what i can understand:
lyrics "introduce some friends of mine" "fu manchu i thought you knew" "without a doubt" "if he sees an old lady hell steal her purse"

Yup that's the one thanks!....Funny thing is I was listening to The Firm album 2 days ago, and there's a track on there that used the same sample, so I looked it up. I knew it was something popular, but for some reason my memory has gone to shit in the past 2 years (gettin old!)
