i think its a slowed down version of Boogie Shoes by KC and the sunshine band


that joint is more famous for the sample for that trick daddy song (i think it was trick daddy) but the puba joint takes the seconds right before the loud horns

yeah, he posts some good stuff from all genres though. worth a look once in a while
