As Andyman explained it was house music. And I think he was working with another guy named Rich (Hence the Double R moniker).

No, this tape isn´t Tapekingz 4 sure, it´s a real rare Doo Wop´s tape. Usually the tapes with dates as titles have not covers, so this tape is like that, only date as title and no cover.
