On that note, I remember a website touting an upcoming Ganjah K album called "Puff Daddy"
Did the Vooodu - Dark Regions LP ever get further than the promo stage ?

Do you really mean an LP, because of course the Dark Regions EP was released officially. I don't think there was ever an LP released, whether it was titled Dark Regions or Fire of Unknown Origin.

Thanks Normy, much appreciated
If I remember rightly, the EP had about 10 cuts aside from intros and remixes, and I always considered it an alblum cos of that. It was fairly good full lengther [nh], havent listened back in a while, will change that
btw. I posted up the CDS of One Life to Live [if instrumentals are yer thing], only the promo so less tracks but it does the job for the completists/ fiends...

Danny Holloway was showing us some tracks Vooodu and Bird made in 92. Wow...Blew our fucking wigs back. Vooodu knows how to rip a song into microfragments and Bird always comes with some dope production.

I'm still waitin on the Rocafella album DJ Scratch mentioned on WNYU Martin Moore & DJ Mayhem's show as a guest in the mid 90's. Rocafella is Redman's friend who got murdered, the one who rhymed on the skit before the song Rocafella on Dare Iz A Darkside. I've also got a video of Redman talkin about him on Rap City.

Another is Quinton and The Wascalz from The Pharcyde camp, I would've liked to hear albums from them. Here's a freestyle session at J-Swift's house in front of the MPC 60, back in 1992 after the release of Bizarre Ride

Interesting. I knew nothing of this. FYI, DJ Scratch also has that Half A Mill demo tape that they used to play joints off of. If you still got any of those Half A Mill demos that haven't leaked yet, that would be sweet.
