No, that's a different guy from North Carolina. This Fanatik is from the Bay Area (San Jose?).

I have the Seismic Activity CD and it's pretty dope. If I remember correctly, this CD was only released out in the UK or some shit, right? I think it was Zeebra Records (r.i.p) on Haight St. in SF that had a few copies back then. I'm almost positive that's where I remember buying mine. I knew of Fanatik cuz he had put out an instrumental record on the Stones Throw label earlier that year or something. Then of course came Rasco with "The Unassisted" featuring the homie D-Styles! Dude had some ILL beats. The fuck happened to him?

Fanatik is my peoples. He put out a bunch of material on his label Heratik:
http://www.discogs.com/label/Heratik+Productions. Lots of dope stuff there.
He dropped outta sight for a couple years and has been putting work on his new imprint New Andalus.

He was also part of the team that did this really ill obscure beat CD. http://strictlybeats.blogspot.com/searc ... t+grinders

I kick it with him on the regular. He's definitely still putting together knockers.

I'll try to upload some stuff. Let me know if you have specific stuff in mind.
