more blends, with a bit of a difference this time...

this is a 13+ minute continuous freestyle from '96 with Cappadonna, Timbo King and U-God spitting over random breakbeats, blended with some kick ass beats by QDIII, Godfather Don, Rockwilder etc.

the original freestyle is from Wild Style Freestyle Allstars Vol.2. unfortunately I had to cut out Ghostface's verse out of this, but all the random chatter/false starts/mess ups are cut also. this was fairly difficult to construct but I think it kind of works...

That's a pretty radical idea vapo, bout to listen, sounds very intriguing. May I ask why you had to cut Ghost's verse?

Chances are it was impossible to get on beat, though I could be very wrong.

actualy the whole thing was pretty impossible to get on beat, had to do it bar by bar. every scratch/cut put the tempo out slightly...the reason ghostface verse couldn't work is because on the OG it was over a proper beat with a sample etc, not just a standard drum loop, meaning I coldn't then add another beat. could've left it in as it was but it didn't sound right compared to the rest

man this sucks, this thread has got 160 clicks. don't even have one piece of proper feedback on this incredibly difficult blend yet. this is the best shit I ever did IMO.

I'm gona leave TROY alone for a while...nice knowing you guys. props for any posthumous feedback tho.

you gotta be joking vaporized! you know a lot of the guys who are checking the TROY section are enjoying EVERYTHING what it's in here but just a few leave some feedback!i don't know the reason of that but that's how i saw it works.
