later edit: Jaz, do you happen to download anything that guy posted on his blog? the guy is using rapidshare and can't download anything because of the time i have to wait for the next download and some re-uploads on mediafire would be dope.

It seems this is a CD only release from 2000 named "And The Winner Is" on Damage Recordings. You can check it on Musicstack.
