right i haven`t heard this track before, this is other John Doe (aka Terrabal) who is not from Philly ( John Doe who is single) think is teir track. They have an EP (they are duo) from 1994 but this track is not there, so it might be from some unknown 12''.Yea now when i heard the track 2-3 times pretty sure is/are John Doe aka Terrabal from NY.
