I just showed my friend that song last night. Such a happy beat with a dark message.

CAUSE I BASH!

PS I have a shitty sounding version. Probably a 4th generation dub.

ya I've got that track too, the quality is really rough tho... Spoon is super dope, supposedly him and Omid are doin an album together but who knows if that'll ever drop...

Has anyone copped the new Magic Heart Genies? I've been reading a bunch of mixed reviews but the tracks i've heard on myspace seem pretty dope

And the Spoon track:

that magic hearts lp has got some pretty good beats and mikah kills it but that other mc has got to go!!!!!!
Ha ya that's exactly what I thought after the first one. That dude J the Sarge is pretty weak but from what I've heard of the new one he sounds like he might have gotten better. Could you up that for me?

I've also been lookin for that new Otherwize that came out last month: http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuse ... =524439296

I haven't found much info other than that, does anyone know anything about that one?

I've also been trying to get this new Black Love R88RS: http://www.accesshiphop.com/store/?itemid=17307

Access has been sold out for a while and I haven't found it anywhere else. Anyone have that?

pretty unlistenable in my opinion due to the sarge dude.....but mikah rips the shit out of it....

http://rapidshare.com/files/336491917/M ... 8-NOiR.rar

this one is bothering me......there is one lp ive been looking for a while now........cant remember the name of it or the group...

it was collabo lp with either PEACE or Self Jupiter and some unknown guy....i think it might have been one of their brothers or something

there was a song on it called

Watt's Up (Cuz) or something like that (that was the chorus)

track was incredible
does anyone know the name of the lp and group they called themselves? or even better, a link to the record?

its been bothering me for a while and that track was the jam....

The album you are talking about is the on PEACE did with his cousin KITS:

http://www.undergroundhiphop.com/store/ ... C=ISTS01CD

Here's the link to the download:

http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=027a ... 8345cbe4ce

I listen to this album all the time and think it's real underrated. KITS is hella tight and i've always wondered if he'd put out more material. the second track Blueblockers with Bicasso is real dope and i really like the song Even Steven that has PEACE's bay area group connoisseurs and then Where They Come From is a sick song with just KITS. Can't wait for the new Fellowship to drop!

Thank all of ya'll.

Post by Chris »

Look @ ya'll coming thru in the clutch. I hope I can one day return the favor.

There was another song on the 1st generation '94 Project Blowed tape that went, "I got a racist in the center of my bullseye." I had a dub of the tape, but never knew who these particular artists were. When I purchased a later version of the tape, that song had been omitted. Any help, in addition to what you have already given, is greatly appreciated.
Now, if U listen, I'mma tell ya'.

FYI there's a brand new Magic Heart Genies album out. I thought that's what you guys were talking about, but it looks like you were talking about the 2008 album. And I agree 'the other MC' has got to go. I don't even know what Mikah was thinking making two albums with that guy.
