its from a stretch & bob show from feb. 96 or feb '97.
i wanna say the name of the track is called "proceed" or "i shall proceed" (not the roots joint)

on the hook they took a line from black thought from proceed "i shall proceed" & and line from busta rhymes off that woo-ha "bustin u niggas and i shall proceed" (kinda somethin like that)

its definetely a indie joint not a mainstream.
if anybody can help me it will b greatly appreciated!
