^^I know it's been said to death but: It ain't a complete TROY experience until you've had your requests filled by the search monstas Big Sleep, Un Kasa and Ho1ogramz...

I don't mean to grovel  I'm just grateful

I don't know why I or anyone else even bother to do their own searches

I need help finding back the name of a group... They released a song where they used a Common's sample for the chorus, that went "I'm... On... My... My... Own shit".
I loved that track and I CAN'T remember who the fuck they were. Memory is a bitch sometimes.

Pretty sure that was Dutchmassive "On My Own Shit", if it is...great track.

From: http://purehip-hop.blogspot.com/2008/05 ... -jams.html

Can anyone help me out with "Da Cat's Out Da Bag" by Da Fat Cat Clique?

http://www.discogs.com/Da-Fat-Cat-Cliqu ... se/1645050

Also Mr J Selectah, I have that Raw Materials compilation sitting at home in a pile of records to dub, I just haven't had a minute to get to it. I'll upload it for you as soon as it's done.

Thanks a lot Jaz! Unfortunately it's not the right song, but I didn't know about Dutchmassive, so I'll definitely try to hear more music by them... This joint is nice!

The song I'm looking for is slower & darker, if I'm right the main sample was a slowed down guitar played at different speeds... I even remember a remix using the same exact beat with a few more cats featured, but I'm still racking my brain in search of their name... Damn! lol

If someone has even just a link to a pic of what the og pressing of
45 King's "Brainstorm EP" looks like, I'd appreciate it.
Pretty sure it had an orange label.
I was gonna buy it from someone a few years ago for $60, but I thought
that was a ridiculous price. I had just missed a copy at the Sound Library
for $30.
Now, I haven't been able to find even a discogs entry for it.
Only the re-issue, which I already have.

That is definitely it. It has Latee's "Brainstorm" on there, it's orange, and
it has 45 King's face on it.
Thanks so much, man. Hard finding a record I don't even know the title of.
This was absolutely extremely helpful.

Wow, I guess those $30 and $60 price tags weren't so bad, then. Lol
80 Euros, dayum.

We had a bunch of these pass through Mr Bongo back in the day when I worked there. I only grabbed one copy, and for a while 'Brainstorm' was a regular in my play-out bag. Had I known then how much it'd be worth, I'd have copped a few copies. Great record though.

Can anyone help me get a full rip of the Phat Doug 'Hands Up High' / 'Here We Go' 12"?

I do have this ripped from Youtube but the quality leaves much to be desired.
20100216-0815_2_.mp3 - 2.14MB
Does anybody know anything about this if not have it? It's fire and I have no idea where it came from.
Hah...I have been looking for that as well and I will be getting sent a good quality mp3 tomorrow, as far as I know it was a hidden bonus track on a re-release of Almost Famous or something.

I'll upload it when I get it.
Here's a better rip. Fucking love this song. I don't think it was ever officially released that I know of.
