This sounds like it could be something to look forward to: Escapism 2011 feat. Grap Luva. I like the way K-Def is interpolating classic Hip Hop beats using plug-ins and DAWs.

Proves how the technology available out there is making the possibilities for dope creative shit pretty much infinite. Just need the right people to master it all and start composing new ill material instead of preset heavy annoying club sounding bullshit. I dunno, maybe im buggin and completely wrong.

word up...if I didn't hear that "Memorex Massacre" this year and knew it came out this year, I would have sworn it was from the 90's.

^That KH King beat is cool and I'm really feeling that beat on junclassic's "Stunnin", i'm just not really likin his rhymes much. Something about his voice annoys me, like he's talking with a mouth full of food or needs a cup of water or something, heh. But the beat makes up for it, thanks Jaz.

This Jazzy Funkaholic dude's been putting up videos of old cartoons with his beats playing over them for a while now on yt, some are pretty dope, peep his channel if ya dig, he got plenty of em:

I haven't got around to checking this but judging by the cover's nod to Lord Finesse and DJ Mike Smooth I am guessing this is nice.

Thank god there is still dope shit out there, the industry just keeps putting out horrible bullshit "music" made by the talentless, fake and biters...when will the bullshit ever stop?
