Let me guess, Dolly My Baby? Where he does his best Onyx impression?

I thought he was horrible on this. Only thing good about the track is B.I.G. at the end.

 Me too. I remember going back to this a couple of years after Puff faggy blew up, with the help of Big and Mary J Blige's talent, and thinking, "wow, he's a tough guy with the ruff rugged and raw rhyme flow back on this.."
Yeah, naw, I never liked him on this or anything else ever. But Dolly My Baby is a dope track, no question at all. This was the shit back then, had a video and all. Pretty sure they were in a club at a table, like many future diddy biggie videos, let me find that real quick...

Wow, am I the only one who wishes he got punched in the face in this video? Or any other time? lol

I have to jump on the hate Puffy bandwagon. Not hate, but recognition that he was never an emcee. Not ever.

No he wasn't and all I was saying that he sounded so much better doing an Onyx impression than he ever did on other records with his gay voice.

You are absolutely not the only one Verge. LOL. I can not stand him. Fluff Daddy is by far the most annoying pompous moron in hip-hop. (not including Solar of course)

But back to that track, I would not say Biggie is the only good part of it. Supercat straight kills it. The way the remix is edited makes his verses repetitive, but the Don Dada has ill styles for sure....

That was a pretty tight song. Diddy makes it really awkward, but not bad at all. Obviously he didn't write those lyrics, so complimenting him in that song is not really a compliment to HIM, you know what I mean?
Hahaha in addition to the Onyx impersonation, anyone else think he's trying to sound like B-Real? That's who I thought of lol.

Just to be clear tho, whatever I or we think of Puff it's one of my top 3 favorite Bad Boy joints.

As much as I can't stand him...it's hard to hate Puffy for some things...I mean he did give us the late, great Biggie and a dope Craig Mack album and a few pretty good remixes here and there.

Oh yes....this is when puffy was going through his 3rd Eye phase.
As a rapper, he's pretty much the rich little of hip hop without even knowing it.

Damn, Supercat & 3rd Eye weren't THAT bad. Bearable at least.

I gotta dismiss this thread's notion...just like I dismissed the notion that puff was "real funny" in Get Him To The Greek....

You can't watch this full video and say that 3rd Eye isn't one entertaining motherfucka, maybe not the greatest emcee, but a funny dude, imo.
"I consider myself to be the master chopper of all times and challenge anybody to fuck with me..."

Diddy's 3rd Eye gig was only a warmup to greater things:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/TcQEo-8E_3E&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/TcQEo-8E_3E&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Whether ripping off Onyx or Schoolly D or GG Allin, he remains oblivious to his awfulness.

Regardless if Supercat has other good stuff, you can't say the track was a testament to his skills. I don't think he's that good at all though. I'd rather listen to Ini Kamoze..

No... Supercat is not a dancehall heavyweight, but in his peak he had more dope styles than 90% of rappers today.

DEFinitely no.
