Facebook is definitely a good palce for these - alot of rappers posting up their own personal pics rather than official promo ones.

If you havent heard of Normski he was a photographer in the late 80s who shot pretty much every artist that came to the UK. He was the main photographer for HHC for its first few years and he has some iconic pics in his portfolio:
