Rough House Survivors-Straight From The Soul (1992) (Relativity Records)

The dope and only album release from R.H.S., Straight From The Soul was released in 1992 and contained the hits "Check Da Backpack" and "Rough House" which contained a remix from the great Pete Rock.

Producer Tony Dofat took care of the fat drums and smooth jazz, funk and soul samples, while the guests included Grand Puba, CL Smooth and Sadat-X, R.H.S. vanished for a bit after this album but later released the promo single "Bad Luck" / New York To LA" in 1997 which was later released as an official single in 1998.

this isnice album. the guest spots made me check it out when i heard about it. the beats are nice. the rappers are not spectacular but capable and don't ruin the beats. makes for a few fun listens

Mixed Practice- Homegrown

Technically it's an EP but it has 15 tracks. Production by Eclipse 427.
The only link I can find is megaupload but I can throw up a mediafire if requested.

Gonna check these two albums guys, thanks.. Da Me, I gotta demo by a group called Mixed Practice about suicide from around 95/96. "and it don't stop, and it don't quit, takin your live thats some motherfuckin dumb shit.."
If you don't have it on anything I'll take a look see if i still got it. I think i only have like half the song though.

92 was a pretty good year for hip-hop
