does anybody know this 90's reggae-hiphop track?
The artist sounds to me like Terror Fabulous, but i could be wrong.

i've uploaded a short mp3 snippet of the song from a dj Xtreme mixtape (no tracklist was given), but the DJ took the acapella and put them over Biggie's "One More Chance" beat. you can stream or download the song here:

the lyrics on the chorus say something like "me youths dem powerful, know that dem see it, Tivoli Gardens ___ laying inna piss[?], spoilers [?], southside and dunkirk too, ___ waterhouse and down inna jungle."
