Mating ritual is the joint. It's got an I'll Method Man hook... It's from the E.C Illa E.P. I have it on white vynil (the single and the fully)

The first 3 releases are all dope IMO:
Invisible Man EP
Ease Back EP
Ill State of Mind LP
I didn't like the production on that EC Illa LP except for the track 'Trillagy' (one of the few on the album that weren't self-produced.)

"What you be about"
That and "Come Walk With Me" by D.A. Smart is some of the best narration ever. E.C. Illa aka WhiteFolks has always been dope to me, i loved the instrumental albums he put out.

What you be about? What you be about?
Some, some dudes are People, Some dudes are Folks
Best white MC? I think so.
All of his shit is dope to me even the WhiteFolks stuff, but if I had to pick my least fav E.C album it would be
Natural Born Illa .
Also check out his compilation
Underground Classics which features, among others, Kanye produced track
