Tha Alkaholiks for sure. Their most consistent album with the best opening track on an album that year ('WLIX').
The Nonce album was a little too plodding in places and am not really feeling Brotha Lynch Hung I'm afraid.

If you're referring to 24 Deep as the first album by him, that seems to be considered an EP by most.Galvatron78 wrote:Lynch's second....

Coast II Coast. Listened to it earlier this week and I'm still amazed at how well this album has held up over time.

Re: DSD:Tha Alkaholiks/Brotha Lynch Hung/The Nonce
true it is an EP, most still consider it Lynch's second release. Either way it's good stuff. Mr. Doc's verse on "Loc 2 Da Brain" was a straight to whomever the traitor was that crossed them.TheBigSleep wrote:If you're referring to 24 Deep as the first album by him, that seems to be considered an EP by most.Galvatron78 wrote:Lynch's second....

True, Season of Da Siccness is his second release. However, it's correctly listed in the original post as Brotha Lynch's first LP. (This series only features actual albums, as it's difficult to find multiple EPs that all dropped on the same day and it seems unfair to compare shorter projects to longer ones.)
