One of the most under-rated albums in hip hop. Thanks for the link.

Man I love that album... Whatever happened to T-Ray? Such a dope producer - his beats gave that LP such a cohesive sound that worked so well with Tame and El's MC'ing.

Venice Beach Freakshow opened in 2006, and since then Todd has searched the world for animal anomalies, bizarre artifacts
Coincidence? I think not.

"Lower Da Boom" is easily in my top 5 of all-time most spins list. 18 years later I still play it 2-3 times in a row. Don't quite understand how the Remix of "It's Gettin Hot" lands on this, i'm not complaining, just doesn't make sense to me. Flawless album.
I remember the day I grabbed this album I also picked up Pete & CL's "The Main Ingredient". I would give my left nut to have a day like that again.

Man I don't even know how to feel about that... Truely bizarre. At least we got Between a Rock and a Hard Place and some other classic beats from him before he traded it all in for the glamourous life of the freakshow.

Does anyone really believe this is a flawless album?

Anyway, how is the sound quality on the "It's Gettin' Hot" remix (I'm assuming this is the K-Def one)? The mp3 I've had for years sounds kinda shitty.

Flawless? Neither of their albums are flawless. Yes this MP3 is better than the one circulating on the net for years.
