Nice finds Jaz, egotrip is usually my favorite for providing content based upon a legendary figure of Hip Hop. Unkut always comes through with the good interviews by digging up people str8 from the hood. He puts today's commercial mags who sweat the hottest internet rapper to shame in that regard.

Thanks Step, that vinyl is way short btw. Thought I should bless everyone with this. I've been sittin on it for a long time, and now that the video dropped, well, its both Biggie & Craigs set from the following night. Remastered from OG tapes, taped off the radio. I was at this, one of the LIVEST shows ever...

A raw 70's-style Rock cover of Big Poppa. The rhyming is kinda bad but the overall groove and sound of Rock is good, plus there's a nice drum break at the start.

that joint with biggie, onyx, Naughty, etc just recently sold on ebay. lt was an advance promo tape of the Who's the Man soundtrack. l believe the joint surfaced anyway m the last year or two either on that JS1 demo bukkake or on one of them Onyx collections from their site. Not sure on the quality though.

So wait, there's an actual OFFICIAL version of the song??? Cuz yeah, DJ JS-1 was able to track down the song from a tape and all, but the quality was not that good. Onyx used that version on their "Cold Case Files Vol 2" which was/is a digital only album. Sucks cuz they pressed CD copies for Vol 1.

And here's video footage of the night they all recorded that song...

I don't think so. Pretty sure he was modding at m2c probably about 6 months ago and had another fallout and maybe resigned? Not sure, but plenty others can answer it im sure. But he's still around, bigged up my record label on FB a few weeks ago so peace to Jaz.
