Working on it ( i hope will make it happen )..... be patient.....
I tried to work on it before you. Took 3 + months of chasing / writing constant e-mails. Result was some lousy snippets and a way too high price for some 128 kbps mp3 taperip. Translation = the bastard didn't bother and probably wanted to rip off aswell. Actually there should be at least 2 people who got the rip.
Fucking Marlon Marl...Fucking 40 year old vinyl nerds.
In the future people need to put together - get the tape - 320 kbps rip for everybody. Nice people here anyways...
And of course the artists made the album for only a circle of rat bastards to listen to.

Well, i know 3 fellas who have this tape ( 1 of them does not bother sharing at all, i am not looking for mp3't tho i need a vinyl release). Hopefully will get released soon.....

I know how the tape sounds if it is the one of ebay. Can't release that on wax - quality is too poor. It is better than the World Renown tape that was posted here though. And if you know 1 that doesn't bother sharing then let him rip it for you and hook it up please. No time for triple or quadruple vinyl releases to have one LP. I doubt that anyone has the Promotape in splendid quality. It's 18, 19 or 20 years old and been played for sure.

You can be surprised how many 20 year old tapes kept good sound quality. There is plenty of time for vinyl release, i do not think these people will share this tape for FREE at this stage.

Like I said - hook us / me up with a rip asap please. The vinyl can be bought IF it comes out.
These people are scum - even Poet DOES NOT have the album. Couldn't ask Kyron, because he is in prison. Same for World Renown...
Original blame goes to Marlon and the label for fucking it up of course.
BIG UP to Skater who shared the Promotape of the World Renown album. Sadly the quality is ass, meaning we should give him money. Dropping 200 to 400 bucks on a tape that is not perfect quality is jokes. I would like to hunt down such sellers.
Anyways I'm out...expect the Kamakaze to be request 50 more times this year just for the cause.
Hip-Hop is full of rat bastards for the most part anyways. (e.g. 90ies artist talking shit about another one to neutral promoter party - talking shit about producers just because the producers wouldn't accept their antics [leaking the material]) Shout Out to the good people.
edit: I'm overseas - if i was in the Apple I d share what i could get. Vinyl releases only make sense if it is of the masters. Otherwise I d consider it rip off plus it should be shared for free in MP3. Also amazed at artists that let their material being thrown away. Like the supposed Percee P Big Beat LP...The mindstate of some of the producers also must be fucked up. Like Pete Rock's new music is nothing.
Listening to SnB show material is such a joy while 2013 retro boom bap styles just bore and the mcs are unoriginal for the most part.
