One of those songs that I heard once on underground NYC radio in the 90's and haven't heard or found since: I remember hearing a Diamond D song on WKCR close to the time when Haterd, Passion and Infidelity came out but didn't make the album and I haven't seen it come out otherwise. Hopefully another faithful KCR listener here knows what I'm talkin bout..

Brandon, my first thoughts are "yeahhh its diamond d with the dope sound"... or "yell in the air if you really want the rough shit thats mixed with the tough shit".. but the latter is an earlier collab with big red, stretch used to just play diamonds verse.

The collab with big red might be it Verge, thanks. I'm familiar with the 12"s Diamond released before his 2nd LP, I was hooked to The Dope Sound when it first came out!

How come Mega links never work for me? They go to 100% on a timer and that's it.

Can you post a screen grab/capture? For me (Mac user, Firefox browser), Mega is by far the easiest file sharing site to use.

Without posting a link to a screen grab, i click on download, it goes to 1-100 % on the screen but no option as to where to save the file or even that I actually get it at all. It seems to be cacheing on a server or something. Some people say Chrome gives them no probs and to try that.

With me it automaticly sets the downloaded file on your pc.
I could change the location in the add-ons configuration of the mega plugin. (firefox.. but I think it also works that way with chrome etc)

Maybe if you search on the filename, you can locate the folder.

Agreed. Sounds like it's saving it somewhere on your computer.

Brandon if you can describe it a bit more, i might be able to help you.. got ton of rare Diamond D stuff. not that rare but it wasn't "I Flip Styles" with Brand Nubian bc i guess that might have been recorded for the LP, just like "MC2" (a.k.a. "When It Pours It Rains)" - though i'm certain you're very familiar with that.
