Double Life (L'Roneous and Gennessee)

Post by admiral »

Did these guys do anything other than these 3 singles? Looks like Gennessee went on to produce some stuff for Mac Dre, but I can't find anything else he actually rapped on.

There is a live album, but as far as I can tell, nothing else was ever released

As far as I know they have only released a couple of singles, and the Double Life/Last 2 Serve album that you linked. One of the members, Gennessee, was involved in another good group called "Street Reportas". If you have not heard them they are well worth checking out:

No more Sasso. Now everybody call me Ron!

gennessee also had a solo album in the early 2000s, but it was kinda boring ... if I'm able to locate the cd in the near future, I'll upload it for you

...reminds me that I had to buy the 6months reissue even though I owned the original CD because of the Double Life bonus tracks and "The L Perspective" ... back in the early 2000s, I was too lazy to spin vinyl...
