"I'm sick & tired of mutha fuckaz tryin to sound like DAS EFX!" (c) Fat Joe. The overall hardcore vibe of the early 90's. Hearing the angst of the ghetto come through my speaker from MCs voices.

Amazing scratch hooks, from EPMD to Gangstarr, Special Ed, L.L. Cool J etc. Too many people trying to imitate Preemo today makes me admire the 80's & 90's scratch hooks even more.

The outlandish shit you'd see on album covers from the late 80's/early 90's. I love how much fun artists had on their covers.

The Party Posse's "Steppin In Doo-Doo" cover from '89 is hilarious.
