Straight Outta Compton vs. Amerikkka's Most Wanted?

Frank B and his doggy suggested a poll, so here it is.

The outcome should be interesting!

hands down soc for me...then again i was never as big a fan of amerikkas most as some...its insane from the start thru once upon a time...but from then on out which is over half the album its nothing more than average with whos the mack being the only really good song out of the last eight

i think predator is better and of course death certificate is

soc out of compton is untouchable...where half of amerikkas songs are average half of soc is classic...four hall of famers simeltanously playin in their prime...ren and cube are two heavyweights goin blow for blow...each one tryin to up the other with classic after classic verses...cubes verse on parental discretion is his best ever and one of the great verses ever spit...he absolutely murders it...and eazy e is the THIRD best mc on the album...gimme a break

the production specifically the quality of the mixing is light years ahead of its time...listen to the sound quality of this and then listen to anything else from 88 or hell 89 or 90 and its amazing what dre did in terms of sound quality...

it probably sounds as if im shittin on amerikkas most however thats not my intention at all...i believe its classic...in the end tho its soc all the way...theirs two tiers of classics ones like soc that belong in or around the top 10 of all-time with ready to die and illmatic...then theres amerikkas most down in that 2nd tier with dah shinins and buhloon mind states of the world...

Both are UNDENIABLE classics. Straight Outta Compton was what set it off, though. ILL.

"AmeriKKKa's most wanted" is far superior.

There's too much filler on "straight outta compton".."something 2 dance 2" being particularly horrible.

"AmeriKKKa's most wanted" VS "niggaz4life" would've been a better head-to-head.

I went with Straight Outta Compton, 'cause I was never that crazy about Amerikkka's Most Wanted...as someone else said, Death Certificate and The Predator were both superior Cube albums...and Efil4zaggin absolutely shits on everything else in any NWA member's catalog...

Stay strong,

Both albums are classics.

but based upon historic signifigance S.O.C. wins by a slim margin.
